Get it done with us
At SKCI, we are obsessive about helping companies to grow faster and achieve their potential.
As the world emerges from the challenges following the COVID-19 pandemic, it is more important than ever for business to be a positive force for change… not just creating growth, but clean, sustainable, and low carbon growth.
The evidence from previous pandemics is that the crisis can lead to a flowering of creativity in its aftermath…as old rules are swept away, and people embrace new ways of doing things. Our role is to help leadership teams to cut through the clutter and focus on the changes they need to make.
Much has been written recently about the ‘new normal’, we believe that the companies who will succeed in this new normal (whatever it might look like) are those who learn the right lessons from recent months, rework their strategy and apply technology to help them transform and find new ways to create value for their customers.
A crucial part of the solution will be the application of technology and, at SKCI, we have extensive expertise in how digital transformation can help businesses become more efficient, grow faster, innovate better and hence become more profitable.

Some Client Testimonials
In working with SKCI our key goal was to raise investment for the company, Stephen has been critical to that project and we now have our first stage of funding in the bank. SKCI supported Turnkey during the investment process by reviewing corporate governance, managing the discussions with the potential investors and developing a valuation model for the business. Following this investment, we have asked Stephen to join the board of Turnkey where he is helping us to develop the business further
As CEO of a small but growing company, it is essential to have around you the experience needed to guide you through the risks and opportunities that you encounter. Stephen Kirk has been there for me, the Board and Management Team at The Planet Mark, mentoring us individually and providing vital additional expertise and resource for us to rapidly and safely grow the business. It’s so important to have that support there, on tap. But his support goes beyond his direct experience, it is also his calmness and humour that makes the whole process productive, rewarding and enjoyable. And that makes all the difference.
